Update Mooring Billing Info

This is for mailing address changes only. Do NOT use this form to transfer/open/close a Mooring Permit. You can change any account address that you have with the City of Newport Beach with this form.

What we need from you?
1) The account number of the account you want the address changed for. You may change multiple accounts at once, just provide all account numbers.
2) The new MAILING address. We need a Mail to Name, Mailing Street, Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Zip code and an Updated Phone Number.

We will not be able to update your address if you do not provide the requested information.
