Ways to Pay:

Online via Quest - Credit Card Only New business license applications and renewals can be processed online via our Quest system.

One-Time Quick Pay - Credit Card Only You may use this option for your business license renewal if you have no changes or information to update on your Business License. Please use the Online via Quest option to renew and update business information.

Over the Phone Renewals can be paid via our interactive voice response system by calling 949-718-1999. You will need your License Tax # or NBID to make this payment. These fields are designated in red on our sample bill.

In Person New business license applications and renewals can be processed in person at our Revenue Division counter located at City Hall. Click the link above for directions.
