Calling all book lovers in 4th-6th grades – our new book club is especially for you! On the third Thursday of every month, we’ll meet to discuss a book followed by a fun activity to go along with that month’s pick. December’s book pick is Measuring Up by Lily LaMotte. Limited copies are available for checkout at the Central library. Participants will be able to join in person or virtually via Zoom. You are registering for the December book club meeting on the 21st. If you are interested in attending additional dates of the Middle Grade Book Club, you must register for each month individually. Please register using the name of the child who will be attending, and note whether they will be joining in person or virtually. Children attending in person must be accompanied by an adult. Please send any additional questions to clefter@newportbeachca.gov Funding is generously provided by the Friends of the Library.
