: In addition to providing an insightful window into the life events of both individuals and family groups dating back to 1790, census records often provide the only documentation about ancestors when no other information exists. This class will explore the type of information found in federal and state census records as well as demonstrate how to use the information contained within them to further genealogy research. This class will not include the use of Media Lab computers. Cancellations: Due to limited seating in the Media Lab, we kindly request that registrants unable to attend the class contact the instructor with advanced notice so that the instructor may cancel your registration and make your seat available to another attendee.
