Coding for Kids Week 1: Learning the Basic Functions

Details:
Learn basic coding principles using Scratch in this workshop. Participants will be taught the basic vocabulary of Scratch and then get hands-on experience with the programming language including opportunities to create an animation based on their code. No coding experience required. For ages 6-11. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited and registration is required. You are registering for the April 3 workshop. You must register for each additional workshop if wishing to attend multiple sessions .When registering, please enter the participating child's information. Funding is generously provided by the Friends of the Library.
