Middle Grade Book Club - Amari and the Night Brothers

Our Middle Grade Book Club is especially for book lovers in 4th-6th grade! On the third Thursday of every month, we’ll meet to discuss a book followed by a fun activity to go along with that month’s pick. At February’s meeting we’ll be discussing Amari and the Night Brothers by BB Alston followed by a a special book club version of tryouts for the Bureau of Supernatural Affairs. Limited copies are available for checkout at the Central library. Participants will be able to join in person or virtually via Zoom. You are registering for the February book club meeting on the 20th. If you are interested in attending additional dates of the Middle Grade Book Club, you must register for each month individually. Please register using the name of the child who will be attending and note whether they will be joining in person or virtually. Children attending in person who are under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please send any additional questions to clefter@newportbeachca.gov.
