I would appreciate having a copy of any Emails, letters or texts sent to or from members of the "Gang of 4" (O'Neill, Muldoon, Peotter and Duffield) regarding the retirement of our wonderful city manager Dave Kiff. Interestingly, Mr. O'Neill received a concerned Email from a constituent, who forwarded it on to me. In O'Neill's reply, he wrote the Email to make it sound as though he had not had anything to do with forced retirement of Mr. Kiff, but rather as if this was completely Dave's own decision despite the information provided by Councilwoman Dixon previously. I found that to be disingenuous at best and am most interested in seeing what other Emails were sent out with misleading information regarding this shameful episode.

We are producing a documentary special with the LA Times for the Oxygen network about a man named John Meehan, a convicted felon with a complicated past based on the Dirty John podcast. I'm looking to obtain a copy of a 911 call made when Meehan attacked a woman named Terra Newell in the parking lot outside her apartment on Saturday August 20, 2016. This regarding cases 16-07462 AND 16-09339 The call was made at approximately 5:20 pm. The podcast includes a recording of neighbors calling 911 while Terra fought back and ended Meehan's life. Responders are also on the recording communicating that Meehan was not breathing when they arrived. We're hoping this recording is considered public and we can use it for the broadcast of our documentary next year.
